This is going around Facebook but I wanted to post it here to give some insight into Little Green.
(Plus, I’m cheating a little. I wanted to post something after fucking posting nothing for too long. I’ll be back on track soon.)

*What’s my favorite thing to do? Get coupons
*What is my favorite food? Noodles
*What is my favorite drink? Coffee
*If I could go anywhere, where would I go? For a walk
*Do you think you could live without me? Yeah
*How do I annoy you? No! Sometimes I scream!
*What is my favorite TV show? Houses [she means HGTV shows] *What is my favorite music to listen to? Tori

Getting LG to participate in this simple activity took a lot of time, patience, and effort. She wanted to ask me random questions or tell me one of the things she stims about. These were the best answers I could pull out of her. Funny, though, she got two of them exactly right because she really is paying attention, even when I think she’s not.
(But I’ve quit coffee for either all of January or as long as I can stand it, whichever comes first. It’s been a week…)
When I see the eloquent answers given by some people’s five year olds (whether or not they are edited/doctored, there’s usually a grain of truth in there), well, it’s a little hard. But then I see that others get similar short, specific bursts and it’s not just us.
Longer Letter Later, besties!
Oh look, an ad!
